Sir,
ReplyDeleteWith due regard I want to bring to your kind attention about mileage for motorcycle used during tour by IP/ASP .Please put this demand in monthly meeting that as per 6th cpc report there is no need to take preior permission of any higher authority for claiming mileage at the rate of motorcycle/scooter rates but in different divisions it is restricted to some kilometers to claim in TA bill for motorcycle journey.In 2001 it was instructed to cut the government expenditure but in present situations the job of IP/ASP has so much changed that even by motorcycle it becomes difficult to cope up with but they want to travel by buses .how is it possible ? please look into the metter for necessary clarification.
