ORDER

NEW DELHI THE 12^TH DECEMBER 2006

S.O. 4910 – In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of Rule 9, Clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 and sub rul (1) of rule 24 of Central Civil Services (Classification, control and appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby makes the following amendments in order of Government of India in the Ministry of Communications (Department of Posts) number S.O. 2454 dated the 27^th August, 1990 namely :-
